Cookie policy

Partner Estate uses a small, deliberately minimal set of cookies. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social media widgets. Below is the full list — what each cookie does, how long it lives, and how to opt out.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. The browser sends it back on subsequent requests so the site can recognise you between visits — for instance, to remember which language you chose. Cookies cannot read files on your device or run code.

2. The cookies we set

  • `partner-estate-locale` · 1 year · Strictly necessary. Stores the language code (`ka`, `en` or `ru`) you picked, so the site doesn't auto-redirect you each visit. No personal data inside.
  • `pe-cookie-consent` · 1 year · Stored in localStorage (technically not a cookie, but in the same family). Remembers that you have seen and dismissed the cookie banner so we don't show it again every visit.

3. Third-party cookies

None at the moment. The site does not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks or social-media widgets. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later (Plausible or Umami are the candidates), we'll update this page and the banner before turning anything on.

When you click a WhatsApp link or follow an external URL, the destination site may set its own cookies — those are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

4. How to control cookies

You can clear, block, or limit cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will mean the site forgets your language choice every visit. The site will still work, just with less convenience.

5. Updates

If we add or remove cookies, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. For questions, write to legal@partnerestate.ge.
