1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. The browser sends it back on subsequent requests so the site can recognise you between visits — for instance, to remember which language you chose. Cookies cannot read files on your device or run code.
2. The cookies we set
- `partner-estate-locale` · 1 year · Strictly necessary. Stores the language code (`ka`, `en` or `ru`) you picked, so the site doesn't auto-redirect you each visit. No personal data inside.
- `partner-estate.lead-attribution.v1` · session storage, until the tab is closed · Not a cookie. Remembers the first page of the visit, the referring domain and `utm_*` tags so they can be attached to a form you submit. Not sent anywhere unless you submit a form.
3. Analytics and third-party cookies
The site uses Umami Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and form outcomes. Umami is configured without cookies and does not create an advertising profile. Its script is delivered from cloud.umami.is only while analytics is enabled.
The site does not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks or social-media widgets. External destinations such as WhatsApp may set their own cookies under their own policies.
4. How to control cookies
You can clear, block, or limit cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will mean the site forgets your language choice every visit. The site will still work, just with less convenience.
5. Updates
